Fox Entertainment Taps Billy Parks to Lead Creator Studios Division
Fox Entertainment has hired Billy Parks as head of Fox Creator Studios, the company’s digital-first division focused on developing formats, intellectual property, and talent from the Creator Economy, per The Hollywood Reporter.
Parks brings experience from multiple roles. He served as an SVP at multi-channel network Fullscreen, held a C-level position at studio Astronauts Wanted, worked as an operating partner at The Chernin Group, and most recently served as a venture partner at Slow Ventures Creator Fund. He will report to Fox Entertainment CEO Rob Wade.
“Fox Creator Studios represents a fundamental evolution in how we work with today’s most dynamic storytellers, bridging the gap between Hollywood and the rapidly expanding Creator Economy,” Wade said in a statement. “Billy has built his career at the forefront of creator-driven media, blending creative instinct with investment and operational expertise. He understands that today’s creators are founders and brand builders, and he knows how to scale their ideas into enduring businesses.”
“Creators today aren’t waiting for permission,” Parks said in a statement. “They’re building the most dynamic media business in the world on their terms, recognizing that the future belongs to ideas that travel. Our goal is to meet creators where they are, respect what they’ve already built and help them grow, whether that means launching a new format, expanding into new verticals or scaling their brand across platforms.”
Division Background
Fox Entertainment announced Fox Creator Studios at CES in Las Vegas on January 7, 2026. The division launched with food-focused content featuring Gordon Ramsay through Studio Ramsay Global, YouTube baker Rosanna Pansino, British duo Jolly, Sorted Food, The Food Theorists, and Little Remy Food. Fox has not specified timing or categories for additional verticals, though Parks is expected to lead that expansion.
Fox Entertainment has described the division as providing creators with revenue diversification opportunities beyond platform algorithms, while leveraging the company’s advertising infrastructure and resources.
Fox Creator Studios is one component of the company’s broader engagement with the Creator Economy. Fox-owned streaming service Tubi has separately pursued creator-focused programming. Fox Advertising also invested in The Lighthouse, a physical creator campus operated by Whalar Group.
