The Telly Awards announced the winners of its 47th annual competition, naming Dude Perfect, Michelle Khare, and Dan Rodo Productions among the creator-led standouts in a record-setting year for entries.

The organization received nearly 14,000 entries this season, a 6% increase over the previous year and the highest total in the award’s history. Submissions came from creators, brands, and production companies across 55 countries.

Creator and Vertical Video Wins

Dude Perfect took Gold in the Social category for its “Impossible Wall Series,” while Michelle Khare’s production company claimed Gold in the Online Shows and Series Non-Scripted category for “Challenge Accepted.” Dan Rodo Productions won Gold in the Vertical Video Series category for “The Tony Hawk Mystery Skater Series.”

United Talent Agency (UTA) claimed Golds in the Creator & Host and Brand Collaboration categories for “Girl Room,” and Mad Realities took Golds in Comedy and Vertical Video Series for “Shop Cats.”

Online Shows and Series winners included Al Jazeera English, TED Conferences, Newsweek, the Sacramento Kings, and American Picture Company, whose scripted series “The Ick” claimed Gold.

Company and Industry Recognition

Asharq Network, the Arabic-language channel powered by Bloomberg, won Telly Media Company of the Year, with the organization citing its documentary work and VR and XR news reporting. Ox Productions took Production Company of the Year.

The Telly Awards also expanded its animation and VFX categories this year, with BUCK, Bodega Virtual, and Bento Box among the inaugural winners in new offerings. Generative AI represented another new category, with Lainey Wilson’s “Let it Snow” music video and UNSHOT’s “Plastic Ocean” among the winners.

The fan-voted People’s Telly Awards recognized Action Factory for its work on Taylor Swift’s “The Fate of Ophelia” music video.

“The Telly Awards has had a front-row seat to this industry for 47 years, and today’s entertainment is happening in multiple formats, across every screen, and at every budget level,” said Amanda Needham, Managing Director of The Telly Awards.

The Judging Council this year included more than 250 industry experts, among them representatives from Google, HBO, the WNBA, and Netflix.
