Digital Creator Firm Link Management Promotes Julia Gosden, Sarah Halper to VP Roles

Digital creator talent firm Link Management has promoted Senior Talent Managers Julia Gosden and Sarah Halper to Vice President roles, per Deadline.

The promotions come less than a year after Link began operations. The firm launched with more than 50 creators and a combined reach of more than 60 million followers. Link represents creators across lifestyle categories, including beauty, fashion, wellness, motherhood, parenting, BookTok, DIY, cooking, and family lifestyle.

Managing Directors Alex Dochter and Brooke Meister said Gosden and Halper joined the company one month after its founding and helped build its business, client relationships, and operating structure.

“Julia and Sarah have been instrumental to Link’s growth,” Dochter and Meister said in a statement to Deadline. “Watching them develop into the leaders they are today has been incredibly rewarding. Their dedication to Link’s creators, commitment to excellence, and impact on our culture have helped shape Link into what it is today.”

Expanded Leadership Roles

Halper will oversee roster development and agency operations while continuing to represent creators across lifestyle, beauty, fashion, and wellness. Her roster includes Danielle Walter, Chloe Holladay, Julia Fittro, Morgan Peterson, Katy Johnson, and Madison Svetz. Before moving into Influencer Marketing and talent management, Halper worked in journalism. She has secured client deals with brands including Sephora, Nordstrom, Brilliant Earth, NARS Cosmetics, Patrick Ta Beauty, Fabletics, Free People, L’Oréal, YSL Beauty, Starbucks, Walmart, and Paramount+.

Gosden will oversee creator strategy and roster development while continuing to lead a lifestyle-focused roster that includes Alexa Hendricks, Anna Klem, Cass Spinelli, Jess Kinsey, Josslyn Abel, and Kapri Lyons. She has brokered partnerships with brands including Southwest, Aritzia, Abercrombie, Amazon, Haus Labs, L’Oréal, Pottery Barn Kids, Spotify, and T-Mobile.

Link was launched by Meister, a talent management veteran, and Dochter, an investment banker. At launch, the company said it aimed to provide personalized representation that helps creators diversify revenue and build long-term careers beyond traditional brand deals.
