Creator Economy Job Radar – May 12, 2026 – Starbucks, L’Oréal, and Fetch Are Bolstering Creator, Influencer Divisions

Creator Economy and Influencer Marketing hiring spans enterprise consumer brands, beauty companies, rewards platforms, agencies, and creator-focused startups in the latest issue. Starbucks seeks a group manager to lead influencer strategy from its Seattle headquarters, while L’Oréal’s Dermatological Beauty division recruits a manager to oversee advocacy and influencer programs for CeraVe. Fetch, the rewards platform reporting more than 13 million daily receipt submissions, adds a director-level Brand and Influencer Partnerships hire, and Bubble Skincare and Ruggable build out influencer leadership and contractor capacity. Brand and Influencer Partnerships Director

Fetch, the rewards and advertising platform with more than 13 million daily receipt submissions and over $1 billion in Fetch Points awarded, seeks a Brand and Influencer Partnerships Director to lead partnership and Influencer Marketing strategy across sports, entertainment, publishers, and lifestyle categories. The role involves identifying and cultivating relationships with leagues, teams, talent, creators, and agencies, leading negotiations from outreach through signed agreement, owning end-to-end campaign lifecycles, and representing Fetch at industry events and cultural moments.
