CAA Signs Creator Max Klymenko of ‘The Career Ladder’ Fame
CAA has signed Max Klymenko, the Ukrainian creator behind “The Career Ladder,” to its creator division. The agency described Klymenko as having “built the world’s largest channel for jobs and opportunity.”
Klymenko’s content focuses on business, education, and careers, generating more than 600 million views per month and accumulating over 3 billion total views, according to CAA.
‘The Career Ladder’ Format
Klymenko built his audience primarily through “The Career Ladder,” a format in which he stands on the back of a ladder, invites one guest at a time to stand on the front side, and attempts to guess their career through a series of questions in under two minutes. He recently took the show on a two-year tour.
Klymenko was named “Creator of the Year” at the TikTok Awards UK & Ireland 2025. He also appeared on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list and sits on the NATO Youth Advisory Board.
Klymenko has partnered with Amazon, Chanel, Microsoft, Ferrari, Adobe, and Adidas. He has been involved in UK creators’ efforts to receive more formal government recognition and served as the face of a press event for YouTube’s “The Creator Consultation” report in 2025, which he backed alongside fellow CAA client Amelia Dimoldenberg.
CAA’s Growing Creator Roster
Klymenko joins a CAA creator division that represents KSI, Dhar Mann, and Jesser. CAA has been expanding its creator operations in the UK, with Brent Weinstein, who oversees the creator department, traveling to London in recent months to meet with agents representing digital talent.
Klymenko is managed by Will McGinn at Sixteenth, part of Whalar Group.
