Creator Agency NewGen Launches AI Platform to Help Brands Scale Creator Campaigns With Compliance Controls

NewGen has launched Multiple, an AI platform designed to help enterprise brands manage creator campaigns with greater speed, control, and operational visibility.

The London-based social-first creative and creator agency said the platform brings creator campaign execution into a single system, covering stages including creator matching, outreach, approvals, publishing, performance tracking, scheduling, reporting, contract generation, and payment tracking.

NewGen said Multiple was built to address the fragmented workflows that often shape Influencer Marketing campaigns, where brands and agencies rely on multiple tools and manual coordination. The company said the platform can help campaigns go live up to ten times faster than manual workflows.

Compliance and Audit Trail

Multiple includes features for rate benchmarking, negotiation, and contract generation with UK ASA and U.S. FTC compliance checks, according to the announcement. The platform also captures campaign steps from creator selection through payment, creating an audit trail intended to give finance and procurement teams greater visibility.

The platform’s AI tool connects with creator marketplaces to identify relevant creators and applies custom scoring based on factors including brand safety, tone of voice, and niche alignment. NewGen said this structure is intended to make creator selection more consistent and repeatable.

Multiple can operate in three modes: full automation, a hybrid model where people lead strategy while the platform manages operations, or a human-led approach for complex briefs.

“We’ve spent years running creator campaigns for the world’s biggest brands and watched the same problems repeat,” said Mike Craddock, CEO of NewGen. “The tools were fragmented, the compliance was manual, and the reporting came too late to act on. Nobody had fixed it end-to-end, so we did.”

Chris Parnell, CCO of NewGen, said the platform is “the whole pipeline, connected and auditable, from the first outreach message to the final report.”
