Miroma Group has acquired a majority stake in Ad Results Media (ARM) from Shamrock Capital, marking the London-based marketing and content group’s largest expansion into the U.S. market to date.

Shamrock Capital, a Los Angeles investment firm focused on media, entertainment, and communications, will retain a minority stake in ARM following the deal. Financial terms were not disclosed.

ARM is a creator, audio, and performance media agency that works with brands including FanDuel, Molson Coors, and ZipRecruiter. The agency is among the world’s largest buyers of creator, audio and podcast media, connecting brands with audiences across podcasts, YouTube, streaming platforms, radio and social channels. The acquisition adds ARM’s New York, Houston, and Los Angeles offices to Miroma’s portfolio and pushes the group’s annual media investment above $750 million.

Miroma Group comprises more than two dozen specialist businesses spanning entertainment, media, creative, technology and performance, employing more than 900 people globally. Its roster includes agencies such as Fold7, SpotCo, Maker Lab, and Dewynters, working with brands including Adidas, Carlsberg, Amazon Audible, McDonald’s, and Google.

Jordan Fox will remain CEO of ARM following the transaction. “Joining the group opens up new opportunities for our clients and partners, while allowing us to leverage Miroma’s global scale and breadth of service-led capabilities,” Fox said. “Marc and his team have built an incredible business that I’ve admired for years, and together we’ll accelerate ARM’s growth.”
