The Only Agency, a global talent representation company in fashion and beauty, has acquired The Blogger Agent, a UK-based talent agency representing digital creators and influencers across the UK and Europe. The deal adds a roster with a combined social following of more than 100 million to The Only Agency’s existing fashion and beauty talent business.

Founded in 2015 by Claudia Bish, The Blogger Agent represents digital talent across fashion, beauty, and lifestyle.

“The Blogger Agent has built an exceptional business and a powerful roster of creators with real influence and cultural relevance, particularly across fashion and beauty,” said Kent Belden, founder and CEO of The Only Agency. “Our talent creates the looks and images that shape fashion and beauty, and The Blogger Agent’s creators bring those looks to audiences every day, allowing us to create a truly global talent platform.”

Bish will help lead the combined agency’s expansion into the U.S. and Middle East, focusing on signing new talent in those markets. “Joining forces gives our creators access to new opportunities, relationships, and markets while allowing us to build on everything we’ve created so far,” she said. “I’m particularly excited about the opportunity to expand our presence in the U.S. and Middle East and bring even more opportunities to our talent.”

The Blogger Agent will keep operating under its own name, with its London-based team joining The Only Agency. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The Only Agency has been expanding its global footprint in recent months, including its acquisition of The Daily Front Row, growth in the Middle East, and the launch of dedicated sports, bridal, and interior design and architecture divisions.
