Spy Ninjas Entertainment Hires Moonbug, SMOSH and The Royalty Family Alumni to Lead Creative Team

Spy Ninjas Entertainment, the creator-led family media company behind the YouTube series “Spy Ninjas,” has added three executives to its leadership team: former Moonbug Entertainment creative executive Anthony Falcon as Creative Director, YouTube veteran Joe Bereta as Associate Creative Director, and former Royalty Family creative executive Jordan Martin as Head of Production.

The hires follow the appointment of Shelly Soriano as President of Spy Ninjas Studios, the company’s content arm, and come as the company builds out its team following a $25 million investment. “Spy Ninjas” has committed to hiring 50 new employees in 2026.

“Welcoming Anthony Falcon, Joe Bereta, and Jordan Martin to the team signals an exciting new chapter at Spy Ninjas Entertainment,” Soriano said. “I am thrilled to work closely with these three creative powerhouses as we elevate Spy Ninjas with deeper storytelling, explore new formats and platforms, and find more ways for our fans to connect with the Spy Ninjas universe.”

Falcon reports to the founders and will oversee the company’s creative strategy on YouTube and other platforms. He spent over 20 years in TV and film production before joining Moonbug, where he led creative operations and global brand expansion for Blippi and Meekah. During his tenure, Meekah became the top live-action creator of color for kids on YouTube and the third-ranked live-action girls-focused brand on the platform. At Spy Ninjas, he will lead the creative team and shape content concepts aimed at driving viewership, subscribers, and revenue.

Bereta, who reports to Falcon, has generated more than a billion views on YouTube over a 20-year career. He previously served as Creative Director at SMOSH and React, and was host and head writer of SourceFed, a web series launched in 2012 as part of YouTube’s original channel initiative.

Martin will oversee pre-production, production, and cross-functional planning for Spy Ninjas’ flagship series and new formats, in a newly created role. He previously served as Creative Director and Director of Operations at The Royalty Family, a prominent family YouTube channel.

“Spy Ninjas,” launched in 2018 by Chad Wild Clay and Vy Qwaint, bills itself as a serialized narrative show on YouTube, with more than 47 million subscribers and 18 billion lifetime views, including over a billion views in 2025. The company has partnered with brands including Scholastic, Roblox, Playmates, Target, Epic Games, and Walmart, and operates a 65,000-square-foot production facility in Las Vegas.
