Samsung TV Plus announced the global launch of Mark Rober‘s first-ever dedicated FAST channel, expanding its creator-focused content strategy. 

The former NASA engineer’s channel, Mark Rober TV, is streaming exclusively on Samsung TV Plus in markets including the United States, Canada, Australia, as well as multiple European countries, including Germany, Spain, and the UK. The channel features Rober’s blend of science experiments and educational content that has attracted more than 71 million subscribers across his social platforms.

“I’ve always believed science and engineering are just fancy words for curiosity and creativity,” Rober said in a news release. “This channel is a way to spread that spirit to even more people around the world. It’s a way to make learning feel fun – something you want to do, not something you have to do.”

Positioning in Creator Ecosystem

Beyond hosting existing creator content, Samsung is moving into original production deals. In July, the platform announced its first original content partnership with creator Dhar Mann, funding 13 exclusive episodes for the service. Mann’s content currently generates over 300 million monthly views on YouTube, with his production team creating seven new videos weekly that average 5-10 million views each.

The Mark Rober channel launch comes as the former NASA engineer is expanding his content presence across multiple platforms. In August, Rober signed a multi-project deal with Netflix that includes bringing his science experiments to the streaming service and developing a new Kids and Family competition series for 2026, to be produced with Jimmy Kimmel’s Kimmelot company.
