CAA Just Signed A YouTube Star Who Turned Gaming Videos Into A Multi-Million Viewer Empire

YouTube sensation LaurenZside, also known as Lauren Weber, has signed with leading talent agency CAA for representation, The Hollywood Reporter confirmed. The gaming content creator has amassed over 13 million combined followers across social media platforms and earned nearly 4 billion views on her YouTube channel.

LaurenZside’s videos, which typically earn around 1 million views each, feature comedic gameplay and improv centered around popular games like The Sims, Minecraft, Roblox, and various indie horror titles. Video examples include “24 Hour Living as My Sim Challenge,” “I Tried Working as a Bus Driver… But My Passengers Are Creepy,” and “I Worked 100 Jobs… But They Were All Terrifying.”

According to THR, through this partnership, CAA will seek to expand LaurenZside’s business opportunities by leveraging her large digital following. Her content features gaming as a backdrop while incorporating personality-driven skits and challenges.

In 2022, the creator hosted the YouTube Originals series “Secret Saboteurs,” where eight top content creators competed for a $100,000 prize. LaurenZside stands out for her ability to drive viewership for longer YouTube videos up to 30 minutes in length.

The influencer has collaborated with major brands, including Google, NBC, Disney, SoFi, Epic Games, HP and Adobe. She’s also managed by H.E. Caldwell at Those Who Wonder.
