KSI, DAZN Strike Broadcast Deal to Stream Dagenham & Redbridge Matches on YouTube

KSI has partnered with streaming platform DAZN and Dagenham & Redbridge FC, the sixth-tier English club in which he holds a minority stake, to expand broadcast coverage of the team’s matches starting in the 2026/27 season.

According to an announcement, the deal will bring a number of Dagenham & Redbridge fixtures to KSI’s YouTube channel, subject to competition regulations, combining DAZN’s technology platform with KSI’s digital audience to reach fans beyond traditional non-league soccer coverage.

KSI acquired his stake in Dagenham & Redbridge, a National League South club, in March, alongside a docuseries deal with After Party Studios chronicling the takeover. That series, “Race to the Top,” is set to debut on his YouTube channel this summer before continuing through the new season. The broadcast partnership builds on that existing relationship rather than introducing a new one, extending KSI’s involvement from ownership and documentary content into live match distribution.

Under the agreement, streams will include behind-the-scenes access, guest appearances and production formats built for digital audiences rather than a standard match feed. The partners frame the goal as introducing the National League South, English football’s sixth tier, to audiences that conventional broadcasters have not reached.

“Football has always been about bringing people together, and this partnership gives us the chance to tell the stories that don’t always get the spotlight,” KSI said in a statement, adding that the club’s community would be brought “closer to fans than ever before.”

Pete Oliver, DAZN’s CEO for Growth Markets, said the deal reflects the platform’s push to reach fans “wherever they are” through “broader distribution, innovative formats and creator-led storytelling.” Dagenham & Redbridge CEO John Grabowski called the partnership a chance to build “a global audience,” describing it as “much more than broadcasting matches.”

The arrangement follows a template set by actors Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney, whose 2021 acquisition of Wrexham AFC and its accompanying Disney+ series “Welcome to Wrexham” established a model of celebrity ownership paired with behind-the-scenes content as a growth strategy for lower-league clubs.
