Finnish Creator Marketing Platform Boksi Acquires German Talent Agency Goodlife Management in Reported Eight-Figure Deal

Finnish creator marketing platform Boksi has acquired Goodlife Management GmbH, a German talent and influencer management agency, in an eight-figure transaction that closed in summer 2026, according to the company’s announcement.

The acquisition is Boksi’s third in Germany, following its purchases of the influencer GmbH in 2024 and For You Agency in 2025, and is its largest move yet toward building what the company describes as a software-led alternative to the traditional influencer agency model.

Goodlife, founded in 2017 and based in Monheim am Rhein, exclusively represents approximately 30 beauty and lifestyle creators in the German-speaking market, with audiences ranging from 100,000 to three million followers. Its client roster includes L’Oréal and LVMH.

Under the deal, Boksi acquired 100% of Goodlife’s shares. Goodlife founder Armin Danesh becomes a shareholder in Boksi’s parent company, Boksi.com Solutions Oy, continues to lead Goodlife as Managing Director, and joins the leadership of the combined group. The agency will continue operating from Monheim am Rhein.

The combination pairs Boksi’s campaign management software, which automates planning, execution and measurement of creator campaigns, with Goodlife’s talent relationships and brand partnerships. Boksi said Goodlife’s talent will gain access to its platform, including automated campaign performance tracking and payouts through Boksi Wallet, in an industry where payment terms of 60 days or more remain common.

“Goodlife has built something rare, a roster of genuinely excellent creators and a reputation brands trust,” said Lasse Laaksonen, CEO and co-founder of Boksi. “What we add is the platform and the technology to grow that further and faster. Putting Goodlife’s talent and partnerships on top of Boksi’s software is how we think the next phase of creator marketing gets built: less manual work, faster execution, and more value flowing back to creators.”

Danesh said the acquisition changes little for Goodlife’s creators and team day to day. “For our creators and our team, this is a step up, not a change of direction, the same people and the same relationships, with a much bigger toolkit behind them,” he said. “I’ve spent years watching my team spend hours on work that software should be doing. Boksi’s AI-powered platform takes a huge amount of that off the table: campaign setup, reporting, payments, so we can put our energy where an agency actually earns its keep: the creative and the relationships.”

Boksi, founded in 2018 by Laaksonen, Tomer Atzmon and Linus Lindgård, is headquartered in Helsinki with a DACH headquarters in Hamburg, and employs around 50 people. It is backed by investors including 3TS Capital, Trind Ventures and Nexit Ventures.
