Creator Television Expands Digital Reach With New On-Demand Content On Plex And Xumo Play
Creator Television, the creator-led streaming network owned by ad-tech company Sabio Holdings, launched its ad-supported video-on-demand (AVOD) offering on Plex and Xumo Play platforms. The expansion marks the network’s debut in the AVOD space following earlier distribution deals for its free ad-supported television (FAST) channels.
The new AVOD service becomes available across desktop, mobile, and connected TV applications on both Plex, a global media streaming company, and Xumo Play, a free streaming service from Comcast and Charter Communications’ joint venture Xumo.
This launch complements Creator TV’s existing FAST channel distribution agreements announced earlier this year with Amazon Fire TV Channels, Anoki LiveTVx, Plex, Sling Freestream, and Xumo Play.
“By providing creator-led franchises on demand, we’re giving today’s audiences the opportunity to stream some of the world’s most popular content creators, any time, anywhere, on Plex and Xumo Play,” says Kristi Chiou, Head of Operations for Creator TV.
Joe Ochoa, Co-Founder and General Manager of Creator Television, describes the relationship between their distribution channels: “Our FAST channel is the window into our world, and if a viewer wants to binge a specific creator, they can do that with AVOD.”
Content Lineup Features Notable Creators
The AVOD offering features original formats and storytelling from Creator TV’s roster of established social media personalities. Content includes “Trey Kennedy Are You For Real?,” “Julie’s Fine, Everything’s Fine” with Julie Nolke, “Jenny Lorenzo Presents Latinos Be Like,” and “Daphnique Springs Single Female.”
The company says it has plans to expand its premium on-demand content catalog in the coming months.

The company maintains a proprietary ad-serving technology platform that partners with streaming platforms and apps. Sabio also operates App Science, a SaaS analytics and insights platform with AI natural language capabilities.
Creator Television represents itself as “the first creator-led streaming network and content studio dedicated to bringing the authenticity and energy of social media storytelling to TV.”
Platform Partner Details
Plex positions itself as a solution for “streaming media chaos” by creating a unified interface for discovering and watching content across multiple streaming services. The platform offers FAST channels, premium movie rentals, and Live TV channels available in multiple languages.
According to the announcement, Plex provides access to free entertainment, including on-demand titles and free-to-stream live TV channels, alongside premium rentals and users’ personal media collections.
Xumo Play operates as a free streaming service from Xumo, the streaming joint venture between Comcast and Charter Communications.
The Creator TV expansion comes as companies across the streaming ecosystem seek to capitalize on the growing ad-supported segment of the market, bringing social media creator content to traditional streaming environments.
