Triller, a publicly traded creator and marketing company, was delisted from the Nasdaq exchange on December 30, 2025, after failing to file required quarterly and annual reports, according to Business Insider.

The company failed to submit its annual report for 2024 and quarterly reports for 2025, prompting multiple Nasdaq notices, a hearing, and the suspension of its “ILLR” stock from the exchange. Triller attributed the delayed filing to “one remaining technical matter involving the consolidation of accounts” for a U.S.-based operation in a press release.

Triller’s management stated it is “highly confident” it will “regain full filing compliance within weeks.” The company said its operations have been progressing “in a normal manner” with no identified “deficiencies or irregularities” and that it’s in the final stages of upgrading its accounting systems.

The delisting means investors can no longer trade Triller’s stock on the Nasdaq exchange, though over-the-counter trades may remain available.

Business Performance and Leadership Changes

Triller reported approximately $18 million in operating revenue for the first nine months of 2024, a 57% decline from the same period in 2023, according to a January SEC filing. The company went public in October 2024 through a reverse merger with Hong Kong-based firm AGBA.

In November 2024, Triller appointed Sean Kim, former head of product at TikTok, as CEO of its video app division. Kim, who most recently served as chief product officer and president at creator monetization platform Kajabi, assumed his role on December 2, 2024.

Beyond its app, Triller owns multiple businesses including text-marketing tool Cliqz, influencer marketing platform Julius, and combat-sports streamer TrillerTV.
