Amazon Launches Creator Brand Program In UAE Through Partnership With Creators HQ

Amazon Ads and Creators HQ have launched the Amazon Creators Foundry, a program enabling UAE-based content creators to develop and sell their own products on Amazon.ae. The initiative was announced January 9-11 during the fourth edition of the 1 Billion Followers Summit in Dubai.

According to Entrepreneur Middle East, the program provides eligible creators within the Creators HQ network with end-to-end support using Amazon’s infrastructure and seller tools. Eligible creators selling on Amazon.ae can also access Amazon’s global selling registration program to list products on Amazon stores worldwide, connecting them with hundreds of millions of customers.

Program Structure and Support

Amazon Creators Foundry offers education and mentorship covering online retail fundamentals, product ideation, digital marketing and customer acquisition strategies, and brand building. The program also addresses opportunities in gaming and entertainment commerce.

Participants can build dedicated storefronts on Amazon.ae and receive Amazon Ads credits to increase visibility and reach. The initiative aims to support creators in turning their audience insights into commercial products for Amazon.ae customers.

“The creator economy is entering a transformative phase where influence meets innovation. Creators understand their audiences better than anyone – they know what truly resonates, what’s missing, and what their communities want,” said Rayan Karaky, Managing Director of Amazon Ads in EMEA and Southeast Asia. “Amazon Creators Foundry bridges the gap between these unique insights and commercial success.”

UAE Creator Economy Infrastructure

The Amazon program represents the third major platform partnership with Creators HQ in 2025.

YouTube and Creators HQ launched YouTube Academy in September, offering quarterly in-person masterclasses led by YouTube product and strategy specialists, according to previous reporting.

TikTok partnered with Creators HQ in June to launch the UAE’s TikTok x Creators HQ Bootcamp, a five-day program providing hands-on training for creators with more than 10,000 followers.

Creators HQ launched in January at Emirates Towers in Dubai during the 1 Billion Followers Summit, backed by the AED 150 million (~$40M) Content Creators Support Fund established under directives from Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. The Dubai-based hub provides services including UAE Golden Visa nomination assistance, relocation support, and company registration for members.

“The UAE has established itself as a global destination for the creator economy, and initiatives such as Amazon Creators Foundry demonstrate how this vision is being translated into tangible opportunities for digital entrepreneurs,” said Alia Al Hammadi, Vice Chairperson of the UAE Government Media Office and CEO of the 1 Billion Followers Summit.

The fourth edition of the 1 Billion Followers Summit brought together more than 15,000 content creators and influencers, alongside over 500 speakers, collectively representing 3.5 billion followers worldwide.
