THE·TEAM Acquires UK Creator Agency Outreach Talent Group

Global sports, music and entertainment company THE·TEAM has acquired Outreach Talent Group (OTG), a London-based creator representation firm. OTG CEO Emilio Arciniega will join THE·TEAM as Senior Vice President, Creators, as part of the deal.

“OTG’s impressive growth over the past five years is a testament to the level of service and commitment they provide their talent every day,” said Michael Calvin Jones, THE·TEAM’s EVP of Creators. “Their values and approach to representation closely align with ours, making OTG a natural addition to THE·TEAM as we continue expanding our ability to represent leading talent across Europe.”

Arciniega framed the deal as a path to scale. “Joining THE·TEAM gives our clients access to greater opportunities, capabilities and support beyond the UK, while allowing us to build on what has made OTG successful,” he said. “We are incredibly proud of what we have built and confident that THE·TEAM’s platform will help us continue that growth over the long term.”

Founded in 2021 by Emilio and Amy Arciniega, OTG represents creators, entertainers and public figures across sport, fitness, beauty and lifestyle, including Montel McKenzie, Jess Breach, Justin Knussi and Sophie Richards, among others. The firm is headquartered in London with an additional presence in New York and was named “bCreator Talent Agency of the Year” in 2025.

OTG’s roster now joins THE·TEAM’s global creator group, which includes Livvy Dunne, MatPat, Grant Horvat and the Bryan Bros, among others.

The OTG deal is THE·TEAM’s fourth creator-focused acquisition since the start of the year, following its purchases of J1S, Long Haul and golf agency Provisions in May. That deal brought Provisions founders Joe Gilliland and Josh Morgan on as SVPs and added Horvat and the Bryan Bros to the roster. THE·TEAM established its Creators business in 2023 and now operates across 28 countries and more than 70 cities globally, according to the company.

The acquisitions have followed a consistent pattern: founders of the acquired firms join THE·TEAM in senior roles rather than exiting, and the company has pointed to crossover potential between its existing representation, brand advisory and live events business and the incoming rosters. Jason Ranne, President of THE·TEAM’s global talent representation, made that case explicitly around the Provisions deal in May, and Jones struck a similar note on OTG’s “values and approach to representation” aligning with the parent company’s.
