The specialist will onboard new creators with guidance and support to help them gain early traction. Responsibilities include managing programs that surface organic inbound creators and triaging them for dedicated or scaled support.

Qualifications and Requirements

Twitch seeks candidates with at least one year of experience in creator support, influencer marketing, or community management. The company emphasizes a creative thought process, a passion for the creator economy, and an understanding of how creators become successful on and off Twitch.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills and a proactive mindset to stay up-to-date on streaming trends – Twitch values candidates who demonstrate ownership, autonomy, and willingness to push past existing roadblocks.

The company awards bonus consideration to candidates with existing relationships with gaming or non-gaming content creators or talent agencies. Experience with content creation on multiple platforms and knowledge of technical aspects of live streaming provide additional advantages.

Fluency in German, French, or Spanish represents another preferred qualification.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers base pay ranging from $55,900 to $119,600 annually, reflecting labor costs across U.S. geographic markets. Pay depends on factors including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
