CAA Signs Valkyrae as Gaming Creators Move Deeper Into Hollywood
Creative Artists Agency (CAA) has signed Rachell Hofstetter, the Twitch and YouTube streamer known as “Valkyrae,” for representation, per The Hollywood Reporter.
Hofstetter co-owns 100 Thieves, the gaming organization and lifestyle brand. She has more than four million followers on YouTube and 1.6 million on Twitch, where her early visibility as a female streamer helped expand her audience. Across social platforms, she has more than 14 million followers.
Her signing adds another gaming and digital video figure to CAA’s Creators division, which has been expanding its roster as agencies seek to represent online talent across entertainment, brand partnerships, consumer products, live touring, and other media businesses.
Hofstetter gained wider industry attention through YouTube Gaming in 2020 and has generated about 24 million hours of viewed content. In 2021, Adweek named her “Gaming Creator of the Year,” while The Game Awards named her “Content Creator of the Year.”
Brand Partnerships and Production
Hofstetter has worked with brands including Alienware, Pokémon, Crunchyroll, Gucci, Burberry, Valentino, and Gymshark. She also co-hosts the lifestyle and advice vodcast “Wine About It” with QTCinderella. The show has more than 250,000 YouTube subscribers and 40,000 Patreon members.
In 2024, Hofstetter joined other YouTube creators in launching HiHi Studios, an anime and animation production company focused on original animated content. Her team also includes Kai Gayoso and Madeline McFerren at Range Media Partners, ImPRint PR, and Hansen Jacobson.
CAA Builds Its Creator Roster
CAA’s recent creator signings include Nailea Devora and Reece Feldman, reflecting the agency’s broader push into digital-first talent with businesses that extend beyond social platforms.
Devora, a Mexican-American content creator and actress, has more than 18 million followers across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Her brand partnerships include Prada, Saint Laurent, Chanel, Coach, Burberry, Gucci Beauty, Dr. Martens, and L’Oréal Paris. In 2023, Revlon named her a global brand ambassador, marking the first time the company appointed an internet talent to that role.
Feldman, known online as @guywithamoviecamera, has more than 3 million followers and creates film, television, and entertainment content. His work includes partnerships tied to the Oscars, Emmys, Golden Globes, Critics’ Choice Awards, and productions such as “Barbie,” “Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny,” and “Fast X.”
