TikTok GO Launches in U.S. With Booking.com, Expedia, and Four Other Travel Partners

Having introduced direct hotel booking through a Booking.com integration in August 2025, TikTok has now formally launched TikTok GO, a broader feature that allows users in the U.S. to discover and book hotels, attractions, and tours directly within the app.

According to the latest announcement, TikTok GO surfaces lodging and experience listings across videos, search, and location pages. Users, who must be at least 18 years old, can view details, check availability, and complete a booking within the app.

TikTok GO launched with six booking partners: Booking.com, Expedia, Viator, GetYourGuide, Tiqets, and Trip.com.

“We’re excited to collaborate with TikTok to turn those ‘I wish I were there’ moments into real stays with TikTok GO,” said Mark van der Linden, VP Partnerships at Booking.com. “Travellers can move from discovering a dream accommodation in a video to securing their stay in just a few taps.”

GetYourGuide co-founder and CEO Johannes Reck said the partnership gives the platform’s operators direct access to TikTok’s audience. “With over 200,000 experiences across 12,000 destinations, GetYourGuide is well-positioned to power that moment at scale,” Reck said.

Creator Monetization

TikTok GO includes a program that allows creators to earn commissions by featuring hotels, attractions, and local services in their content. Creators must have at least 1,000 followers, be 18 or older, and maintain an account in good standing to participate. Eligible creators can set their location, access a list of tasks from participating businesses, and earn commissions when their content drives bookings.

Travel creator Amanda Dishman, who runs the family blog Salty Vagabonds, told Business Insider that TikTok GO has “slashed in half” the barrier to entry for earning commissions, making it “accessible to a lot more people.”

Platform Context

TikTok GO continues the company’s expansion of commerce features across its app. Alongside the earlier Booking.com hotel integration, TikTok previously enabled ticket purchasing through partnerships with Ticketmaster, Fandango, and other providers. TikTok also operates a Places tab where users can discover destinations, leave reviews, and earn local explorer badges.

“TikTok GO connects that moment of inspiration directly to the businesses behind it, and that’s good for creators, good for local businesses, and good for communities,” said Adam Presser, CEO of TikTok USDS Joint Venture.
