Ponte Firm, the talent management agency representing more than 100 creators across fashion, beauty, food, home and lifestyle categories, is expanding its bicoastal operations with four senior hires in New York and Los Angeles, alongside the opening of its first New York City office.

Jenna Bissonnette joins as Managing Director in New York, where she will oversee the firm’s talent management and operations functions. She brings nearly two decades of experience in brand, digital and integrated strategy, including eight years leading HangarFour Creative, a division of DKC.

In Los Angeles, Roy Peters joins as SVP of Talent & Partnerships, overseeing Ponte’s roster of influencer and celebrity talent out of the firm’s new LA office. Peters has more than two decades of experience building and leading talent divisions, having previously worked at The Digital Dept., Fullscreen, StyleHaul and The Sociable Society.

Matthew Bojanic joins Ponte’s Los Angeles team as Director of Talent & Partnerships, tasked with building and managing the firm’s LA roster across lifestyle and digital celebrity verticals. Bojanic has nearly 15 years of experience across creator management and brand-side influencer strategy, including leading influencer strategy and casting at Smashbox Cosmetics.

In New York, Jenna Galan joins as Director of Talent & Partnerships, leading talent strategy, brand partnerships and business development for the firm’s growing New York roster. Galan previously served as Director of Digital, Talent Management at Night Media.

Alongside the new hires, Ponte promoted longtime team member Annie Leggett from Talent Manager to Senior Talent Manager in Austin, where she will continue leading brand partnerships and creator strategy for her roster.

Founded by Shana Davis-Ross in 2019, Ponte represents creators including Kit Keenan, Audrey Peters, Jully Patel, Brooke Puth, Abigail Lin and Chizoba Uwakwe, with brand partnerships spanning Chanel, Dyson, L’Oréal Paris, Lancôme, Shark Beauty, Valentino, Target and Tiffany & Co.

The company said the moves precede further bicoastal expansion and new service offerings. Beyond brand partnerships, Ponte works with creators across publishing, consumer products, licensing, podcasts, television and other long-term ventures.
