Linqia, The Female Quotient To Spotlight Women Driving Influencer Marketing’s Future At Cannes Lions

Linqia and The Female Quotient are partnering to host programming at the FQ Lounge during Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, featuring panel discussions and interviews with women executives who champion influencer marketing within major brands.

The activation takes place at Hôtel Martinez, Suite 731, from June 16 to 19, hosting panel discussions, studio interviews, and live conversations throughout the week. The programming requires no festival badge for attendance and welcomes all participants.

The Female Quotient positions the lounge as a space to “spark game-changing conversations, challenge outdated narratives, and set the ‘Cannes’-do standard for visibility, representation, and impact in media, marketing, and beyond.” Programming hours extend from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with extended hours until 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 18.

The 2025 Cannes Lions program aims to showcase the growing influence of creators in advertising, officially rebranding “Social & Influencer Lions” as “Social & Creator Lions.” The festival features over 100 sessions from June 16 to 20 across multiple venues, with sessions specifically focusing on creator entrepreneurship, influencer pricing reports, and cultural impact.

Major brands will present case studies on social-first marketing strategies, while daily “Future Gazers” panels will include emerging companies discussing industry trends. The programming will include specialized content streams covering innovation, creative tools, talent, and culture, as well as creative impact.

Elevating Women’s Leadership

Linqia and The Female Quotient leverage their collaboration to honor women executives from companies including Unilever, Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Netflix, NBA, NFL, Instacart, Google, Verizon, and Mondelēz. These leaders provide resources and support for influencer marketing initiatives within their organizations.

Participants include Casey DePalma McCartney, Chief Brand Communications Officer at Unilever; Robin Kendric Triplett, VP of Integrated Marketing Experiences at Coca-Cola; Kate Brady, Global Head of Creative & Content Transformation at PepsiCo; and Hannah Gullixson, Senior Director of Marketing at Netflix.

The Female Quotient CEO Shelley Zalis states the featured women are “proving that when you meet people where they are—authentically and in real time—you don’t just keep up, you lead.” Linqia co-founder Maria Sipka describes the initiative as “deeply rooted in Linqia’s mission” and her experience as a woman founder in the tech and advertising industries.
