Influencer Marketing Platform Kolsquare Acquires DACH Tech Platform Storyclash
French-based Kolsquare announced the acquisition of Storyclash, an AI-driven influencer marketing technology platform with operations in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The deal marks Kolsquare’s third acquisition following purchases of Woomio in the Nordics and Inflead in Italy.
Storyclash operates as an influencer marketing tech provider in the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland), offering brands and agencies AI capabilities focused on performance and insights. The platform helps teams discover creators, measure campaign impact, and centralize influencer marketing data.
“We have been really impressed by the quality of their technology, their pioneering work in AI, and the strong customer base they have built in the DACH region,” Quentin Bordage, founder and CEO of Kolsquare, said in the announcement.
The combined entity now serves approximately 2,000 brands, agencies, and public organizations across more than 30 countries.

Kolsquare operates as a B Corporation-certified platform offering influencer marketing tools, including a Compliance Score for identifying creators who follow advertising disclosure rules, an #InfluenceForGood filter, and a Carbon Footprint Calculator.
Kolsquare became part of Team.Blue, a European technology company, in October 2024.
