Growth Firm Winclap Acquires Creator Management Platform Brkaway To Scale Social-First Marketing Operations

Winclap, a growth transformation company, has announced the acquisition of Brkaway, a creator management platform. The deal continues Brkaway’s operations while integrating its technology into Winclap’s marketing services portfolio.

According to the announcement, more than 15,000 creators currently use Brkaway, which has delivered over 228,300 assets and generated more than $5.6 million in creator revenue since its 2021 founding. The platform connects brands, agencies, and creators through centralized collaboration tools.

“I created Brkaway to solve a problem I experienced firsthand as a creator – trying to manage and grow my content business,” said Bailey Rose King, co-founder of Brkaway. “What started as a personal solution quickly became something much bigger, with thousands of creators now using Brkaway to find opportunities and manage their collaborations.”

The companies have worked together for more than three years before formalizing the acquisition. Winclap operates across the United States, Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, and Chile with more than 300 professionals.

“Over the past few years, creator marketing has evolved from a tactic into a core growth engine for brands,” said Mariano Sáenz, co-founder and CEO of Winclap. “Yet scaling these operations remains one of the industry’s biggest challenges – coordination, quality, speed, performance, and reporting. Brkaway’s platform addressed these challenges in a way we’ve admired for a long time.”

Leandro Santos, VP of Winclap Studio, said the acquisition provides infrastructure to operate larger creator programs. “Brkaway gives us the infrastructure to do that at scale, enabling Winclap Studio to operate creator programs with five times more creators and target over $14 million in revenue this year,” Santos said.

Winclap reports producing more than 30,000 assets in 2025, including 8,500 with creators. The company works with brands including Mercado Libre, DiDi, Disney, Amazon, Coca-Cola, L’Oréal, Falabella, and HP.
