AiMCO Releases 30+ Case Studies From 2025 Awards, Spotlighting Australia’s Top Influencer Campaigns

The Australian Influencer Marketing Council (AiMCO) has released a new collection of case studies that document award-winning Influencer Marketing campaigns from some of Australia’s leading brands, agencies, and creators.

“The Creator Era: 2025 AiMCO Awards Case Studies” guide features more than 30 case studies drawn from the winners of the 2025 AiMCO Awards. The guide covers campaigns from brands including Wingstop, Rimmel, Huggies, and Zyrtec, as well as agencies Ernest Agency and OMG Content Creo. It also profiles creators, including Steph de Sousa (@steph_cooks_stuff) and Tash Invests (@tashinvests), and examines how they secure partnerships and grow their brands.

The release follows the first-ever combined AiMCO Summit and AiMCO Awards, a one-day event celebrating Australia’s Influencer Marketing industry.

Most Influential Campaign: ‘Mission: Impossible Night Run’

The guide’s headline case study documents how Paramount Pictures and agency HELLO earned the Most Influential Campaign award for the “Mission: Impossible Night Run” activation. The campaign engaged 21 influencers in a run club-led event at Sydney Harbour, generating 325 pieces of user-generated content, 3.9 million views, 33,695 engagements, and a reach of more than 3.1 million Gen Z Australians. The film sold more than 1.13 million tickets in Australia, grossing $23.67 million at the box office.

HELLO CEO and Partner Sam Kelly attributed the results to deliberate creator selection. “By partnering with just 21 creators, each bringing their own community, we built a highly engaged, captive audience of runners who became our cast, content creators and amplifiers,” Kelly said. “Those 21 influencers brought together 300 runners, generating content that reached 3.1 million people.”

People’s Choice Award

Influencer Adelle Petropoulos (@adellepetropoulos) received the first-ever “AiMCO People’s Choice Award.” Petropoulos has worked with brands including Maybelline, L’Oréal Paris, MECCA, Bumble, Chemist Warehouse, and Coles.

AiMCO Managing Director Patrick Whitnall said the case studies reflect broader industry momentum. “Australia is producing world-leading work that delivers meaningful cultural traction and strong commercial outcomes,” Whitnall said.
