Outshine Talent Promotes Caroline Shin Sixt to SVP, Launches New Division

Outshine Talent has promoted Caroline Shin Sixt to Senior Vice President, expanding her role to include oversight of new business ventures and the boutique talent management firm’s newest division, Outshine Artists Group. Shin Sixt will continue leading strategy and growth for Outshine’s digital creator and celebrity roster alongside her new responsibilities.

Outshine Artists Group will represent creative directors, fashion stylists and other visual talent, marking the agency’s expansion beyond its existing creator, athlete, and entertainment representation into the traditional creative talent space. The division’s roster includes Hunter Clem, fashion director and stylist for 2hollis whose client list includes Lady Gaga and Slayyyter, and Nicola Formichetti, creative director of MAC Cosmetics. The company said additional signings will be announced.

During her tenure at Outshine, Shin Sixt has signed and developed creators including Snitchery, Jenna Sinatra, Raye Boyce, Yasmin Devonport, Beckett Shultz and Mitchell Halliday, known online as Made by Mitchell. She has also built partnerships with brands including Motorola, Netflix, L’Oréal, The Estée Lauder Companies and WWE. She previously held roles at Disney, Amazon, Unilever Prestige and Forma Brands.

“Working with Caroline for over three years, I’ve seen her creativity and leadership continue to grow and push the boundaries not only through her signings but also through the client relationships she’s cultivated in the industry,” Outshine founder and CEO Barbara Jones said in a press release. “I am excited about Outshine’s new Artists division, and Caroline is the perfect person to cultivate it and make a mark on the industry.”

“We approach every opportunity with a ‘think big’ mentality, staying ahead of culture while taking a thoughtful, long-term approach to every partnership,” Shin Sixt said. “We’re not just creating opportunities; we’re building lasting careers, brands, and businesses.”

Clem said the appeal of joining the new division is its long-term orientation. “They’re not just focused on the next opportunity; they’re thinking about how every partnership, project, and creative decision can build toward something bigger,” he said.

Outshine Talent also operates Outshine Entertainment Group, Outshine Music Group, and Outshine Sports Group, which covers professional and college athletes pursuing name, image, and likeness deals.
