Triton Digital has released its U.S. Podcast Ranker for June 2026, showing iHeart Audience Network holding the top sales network position for the reporting period of June 1 through June 28, with 64.7 million average weekly downloads. Audioboom ranked second with 15.5 million average weekly downloads, and Cumulus Podcast Network placed third with 2.9 million.

“Stuff You Should Know,” distributed through iHeart Audience Network, held the top spot among individual podcasts by download volume. “Pod Save America,” from Audioboom, ranked second. “My Favorite Murder with Karen Kilgariff and Georgia Hardstark,” also on iHeart Audience Network, took third.
That represents a jump for “My Favorite Murder,” which ranked fifth in Triton’s March 2026 ranker while “Stuff You Should Know” and “Pod Save America” already held the top two positions that period, meaning the podcast climbed two spots between the two reporting windows even as the top of the chart stayed fixed.
Three shows debuted on the ranker in June: “Big Take” and “The Mark Belling Podcast,” both distributed through iHeart Audience Network, and “Insight with Chris Van Vliet,” distributed through Cumulus Podcast Network. Triton classifies a show as a debut if it is appearing on the ranker for the first time within the trailing 13 months.
The rankings draw on Triton’s Podcast Metrics measurement service, which is IAB Tech Lab-certified under version 2.2 of the IAB Podcast Measurement Technical Guidelines. Participation is opt-in: any sales network or publisher with a U.S. audience can request inclusion by contacting Triton directly. Average weekly downloads are calculated over four- or five-week reporting periods aligned to calendar months, a structure Triton says reduces the effect of variable month lengths on comparisons.
