‘The Walking Dead’ Studio Skybound Acquires Nine Four Entertainment As Digital Creator Representation Arm
Skybound Entertainment, the studio behind “The Walking Dead” and “Invincible,” has acquired digital talent representation firm Nine Four Entertainment, which positions the latter as Skybound’s dedicated digital creator and influencer representation division, per Variety.

Nine Four Entertainment’s team continues under the leadership of President Parker Oks, maintaining its focus on representation and business development services for digital creators.
The companies have announced plans to launch a joint incubator to develop and finance creator-led brands. This initiative aims to help creators establish businesses beyond content creation, with ownership structures that provide greater control over their future ventures.
Established Creator Portfolio
Nine Four represents prominent digital creators, including Jacksfilms (5+ million followers), I’m Dontai (3 million), and Jennelle Eliana (2.3 million). Since its founding in 2022, the company has helped clients co-found brands such as Eamon & Bec’s tea company Habit and Jacksfilms’ newsletter “Credit the Creators.”
This acquisition follows Skybound’s recent purchase of mobile app publisher Maple Media. Rick Jacobs, Skybound’s Managing Partner and Head of Linear Content, states the move “swings open a door to an entirely new medium for our creative talent” while enabling direct connections with digital audiences.
Oks notes the partnership enhances Nine Four’s representation capabilities while creating opportunities “for creators to build real companies around their channels.”
