Facebook Launches Creator Fast Track Program as Platform Reports $3B in Creator Payouts for 2025
Facebook has announced the Creator Fast Track program, offering established creators from other platforms guaranteed monthly payments and expanded content reach, as the platform reports paying content creators nearly $3 billion through its monetization programs in 2025, up 35% from the prior year and its highest annual total on record.
Creators accepted into the program receive three months of guaranteed pay and increased reach on eligible Reels, according to the announcement. Those with at least 100,000 followers on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube can earn $1,000 per month, while creators with more than one million followers on at least one of those platforms can earn $3,000 per month. The program also grants immediate access to Facebook Content Monetization, bypassing the platform’s standard eligibility requirements.

“We wanted to be able to address creators’ concerns that it would be a hard road to onboard onto Facebook and build a community from scratch,” said Yair Livne, VP of Creator Product at Facebook, as reported by TechCrunch. “So we set up this program to address that.”
Livne added that creators are not required to produce exclusive content to qualify. “If you have a great back catalog of best hits, we would love to get that as well, and that qualifies for the terms of the program.”
Facebook said it will continue boosting creators’ reach beyond the three-month window if audience growth takes longer than anticipated.

Payout Totals and Content Breakdown
Reels accounted for 60% of total creator payouts in 2025, with the remainder distributed across Stories, photos, and text posts. The number of creators earning more than $10,000 annually on Facebook grew by more than 30% year-over-year. The payout growth follows a broader push by Facebook to prioritize original content, with views and time spent watching original Reels approximately doubling in the second half of 2025 compared with the same period in 2024.
New Monetization Metrics
Facebook is also introducing three new metrics under its Content Monetization program: Qualified Views, which tracks views eligible to generate earnings; Earnings Rate, which shows approximate earnings per 1,000 qualified views; and Non-Qualified Views, which breaks down why certain views do not qualify and what steps creators can take to improve future performance.
Facebook Content Monetization remains invite-only. Creators can submit an interest form through the Monetization tab in their Professional Dashboard on the Facebook mobile app.
