Castmagic Acquires Flowsend To Enhance AI Content Creation Tools
Castmagic, an AI-powered content operating system for media companies, has acquired Flowsend, a specialized AI workflow engine that transforms audio and video into high-quality, on-brand written assets. The acquisition combines Castmagic’s content generation suite with Flowsend’s brand voice and transcription technology amid growing AI adoption in content creation.

The acquisition marks Castmagic’s first purchase as it expands into the agency and enterprise markets. Flowsend customers gain access to Castmagic’s video creation tools, team collaboration features, and integration with over 100 applications, while Castmagic enhances its transcription accuracy and brand voice capabilities.
“For creators and teams producing content at scale, accuracy and brand consistency are critical,” Blaine Bolus, CEO of Castmagic, said in a press release. “Together, we’ll give users the speed, flexibility, and growth tooling of Castmagic while ensuring their content stays true to their voice.”
The deal comes as industry research from Wondercraft shows more than 80% of content creators now use AI tools in their workflow, with nearly 40% using AI throughout their entire creation process from ideation to delivery. Video dominates as the primary content format, with 52.5% of creators focusing on it. Approximately one in four video creators now use AI across their entire production process.
Marketing and advertising professionals exhibit particularly high engagement, with 85% currently using AI tools and more than 40% incorporating them into their workflows.
The acquisition positions Castmagic to address these trends by offering a unified platform that enables creators and enterprises to scale content production.
