UAE’s Tetr College of Business Offers $100,000 Scholarships to Turn Creators Into Founders

Tetr College of Business, a graduate business school running programs across Shanghai, London and Dubai, is offering scholarships worth up to $100,000 for a one-year Graduate Program in Entrepreneurial Leadership aimed at creators, aspiring content producers and people with business ideas they have not yet built into ventures.

As reported by the Khaleej Times, the program takes participants through all three cities, covering product development, brand building and international expansion. The inaugural cohort begins in March 2027, and applications are open now.

Tetr said the program has academic partnerships with Fudan School of Management and Imperial College London, with the final credential co-signed by both institutions. The college also said ventures built by its students have generated more than $1 million in revenue and raised over $500,000 in funding.

Pratham Mittal, founder of Tetr College of Business, framed the target audience as people who do not yet see themselves as founders. “Some of the most interesting businesses of the future will be built by people who may not see themselves as entrepreneurs yet,” he said. “They could be creators who understand their audiences deeply but don’t know how to turn that connection into a business, or entrepreneurs who instinctively spot opportunities others miss. The challenge is turning that instinct into a business.”

The scholarship launch follows the 1 Billion Followers Summit and the National Media Authority’s $1 million initiative to help 100 content creators establish businesses through funding and mentorship, part of a wider UAE effort to push the Creator Economy past audience-building and into venture formation.

It also extends a pattern of UAE institutional backing for creator infrastructure that predates this announcement. Creators HQ, the Dubai facility that launched in January 2025 during the same 1 Billion Followers Summit, is backed by a roughly $40 million Content Creators Support Fund established under directives from Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. Beyond its 2025 bootcamp partnership with TikTok, Creators HQ offers Golden Visa assistance, relocation support and company registration services.
