Sundaze PR has appointed former Acast executive Molly DeMellier as Chief Operating Officer as the transatlantic agency sharpens its focus on the creator technology sector. Founder Sarah Jackson has transitioned to the CEO role to lead the company’s strategic direction across its U.S. and UK operations.

DeMellier joins Sundaze following her tenure as Marketing and PR Director at Acast U.S., bringing experience in audio, technology, and creator spaces.

DeMellier identifies LinkedIn and podcasts as underutilized channels for creator tech brands building their narratives. “These channels provide an ideal opportunity for thought leaders to engage highly focused, engaged audiences, yet many overlook their potential for building meaningful narratives,” she notes.

Strategic Partnership Experience

Drawing from her work with Warner Bros. Discovery and the Obamas’ Higher Ground, DeMellier emphasizes the importance of executive positioning. “Today, executives—regardless of their company’s size—must position themselves as industry thought leaders,” she states. “I’ve seen firsthand how critical effective communication is in aligning brand narratives with strategic partnerships.”
