Sprinklr Launches AI Agents to Speed Up Enterprise Marketing Campaigns
Sprinklr has launched a beta of “Marketing AI Agents,” a set of six specialized AI tools designed to help enterprise marketing teams move faster from identifying market signals to executing campaigns.
The New York-based customer experience management platform said the agents address a mismatch between how quickly online conversations and trends move and how long campaign production typically takes. A traditional concept-to-launch process can take several weeks, moving through planning, creative development, localization, channel activation, governance, and approvals, while relevant conversations or trends may emerge and fade within days, according to the company.
“Sprinklr was built to unify customer and market data across channels. Marketing AI Agents are the next evolution of that foundation,” said Karthik Suri, Sprinklr’s Chief Product & Corporate Strategy Officer. “By connecting paid, owned, and earned data with emerging signals like AI discovery, creator insights, conversations, and customer feedback, we can help marketers do more than understand what’s happening. We can help them turn that intelligence into effective marketing at global scale.”
The system includes six agents that can work together or be deployed individually:
- An Ideation Agent surfaces campaign ideas from performance, listening, audience, and competitive data
- A Creative Agent scales approved creative through editing, variations, localization, and A/B testing
- A Campaign Execution Agent translates media briefs into campaigns across channels and flags inconsistencies, such as a mismatch between a target market and creative language
- A Compliance Agent checks content against brand standards and regulatory requirements
- A Community Agent identifies relevant conversations and helps brands respond at scale
- A Budget Optimization Agent recommends channel allocation before and during a campaign
The launch builds on an acquisition Sprinklr made in May, when it bought the assets of ViralMoment, an AI-powered social video intelligence company, to add frame-by-frame analysis of visual and audio content to its listening tools. That deal was aimed at a gap Sprinklr identified in enterprise listening: most voice-of-the-customer programs relied on text-based signals even as short-form video came to drive the majority of brand engagement on platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube. The “Marketing AI Agents” suite extends that same logic from listening into execution, folding “creator insights” alongside paid, owned, and earned data into the signals the Ideation Agent draws on.
Sprinklr said the release also ties into its broader Q3 Product Release, which introduced “Agent Architects,” an environment for designing and governing enterprise AI agents, and Voice AI Agents for natural voice interactions, along with support for emerging channels including ChatGPT Advertising.
