Creator Economy Jobs January 2026: Creator Partnerships, Ops, And AI Content Roles Gain Momentum

Creator economy work used to mean “social media manager.” In January 2026, it looks more like pipeline building, creator ops, and measurable partnerships across YouTube, TikTok, and everything in between. This month’s job slate is heavy on creator partnerships roles, from entry-level coordinators and interns learning to source talent and run campaigns, to senior leads who own revenue strategy, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, and repeatable deal flow. 

This month’s report also underscores how creator work is spreading across categories: coffee and beauty brands scaling creator programs, entertainment companies formalizing creator care and event logistics, publishers hiring for influencer-led audience growth, and agencies investing in campaign execution talent.
