Creator Economy Jobs February 2026: TikTok, Substack, And AI Startups Compete For Creator Talent

TikTok, Substack, and AI startups Hedra and ElevenLabs are competing for creator talent in February 2026, joined by ShopMy following its $77 million Series B and the Museum of Science, Boston, which is launching a Director-level global creator network. Pixability is recruiting across three roles in New York, Chicago, and Boston. REVOLVE, MAËLYS, Relay, Intelsio, and Twitch round out the listings with roles spanning influencer relations, TikTok Shop management, AI video production, affiliate marketing, and creator outreach.

Content Operations & Creator Growth Manager – TikTok LIVE

TikTok, Los Angeles, CA (On-site)

TikTok’s LIVE division seeks a manager to identify high-potential creators across verticals, including Chatting/Podcast, Fashion/Modeling, Acting, and Stand-up Comedy, and convert individual viral successes into scalable platform growth programs. Responsibilities include trend and ecosystem analysis, creator coaching and incubation, campaign execution, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Analytics, and Marketing teams. 

Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of experience in content strategy, creator growth, or talent management, with proven experience working with talent agencies or MCNs in the U.S. market. 

Base salary range: $104,712-$192,534 annually, with eligibility for discretionary bonuses and restricted stock units; benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance and a 401(k) with company match.

Director, Creator Network Development

Museum of Science, Boston, MA (On-site)

The Museum of Science seeks a director to lead its Creator Network initiative, building a global community of science communicators and content creators across YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, Instagram, and podcasts, as well as a local Boston-area creator network encompassing lifestyle, gaming, and cultural influencers. The role oversees the annual Creator Conference – a hybrid event featuring speakers, workshops, and sponsorships – and includes forging platform partnerships with YouTube, TikTok, and Twitch.

Creator Solutions Manager

Substack is hiring a Creator Solutions Manager to support high-profile publisher onboarding and migrations, VIP relationship management, and platform issue resolution, working closely with its Partnerships and Operations teams. Core responsibilities include overseeing email list migrations from external newsletter platforms to Substack, leading information sessions for Bestseller and VIP users, and serving as a resource for platform best practices. 

The role requires experience in tech, media, publishing, talent management, or adjacent fields, along with strong communication skills and comfort working with high-profile creators.

Head of Partnerships, Brazil

Substack seeks a Head of Partnerships to lead creator acquisition, retention, and revenue growth in Brazil, working alongside its Head of International to build brand awareness and onboard independent talent across all creative mediums. Pixability, an AI-driven video advertising technology company whose clients include Dentsu, Interpublic Group, Omnicom, Publicis, GroupM, McDonald’s, and Salesforce, is hiring across three roles. 

The Product Manager position (Boston) requires 4+ years of product management experience, proficiency in DV360, and strong knowledge of YouTube advertising across targeting, brand suitability, and measurement; salary range: $150,000-$170,000, plus bonus and equity. 

Two Sales Director openings in New York and Chicago require 5+ years of online media and video sales experience, specifically YouTube or CTV, with established agency networks; salary range $140,000-$175,000 plus commission and equity.

Growth Manager, Influencer Marketing

Hedra, a generative AI media company backed by a16z, Index Ventures, and Abstract Ventures, seeks a Growth Manager to build and own its influencer marketing function from the ground up, covering creator recruitment, campaign execution, and organic social channel growth across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and X. ShopMy, a creator commerce platform that recently closed a $77 million Series B led by Bessemer Venture Partners, seeks an entry-level associate to manage day-to-day shop building and maintenance for a portfolio of creators, including link creation, shop upkeep, and basic platform support. 

The role requires 0-2 years of experience in creator support, customer experience, or operations, a bachelor’s degree, and a NYC-based presence.

Short-Form Content Creator

ElevenLabs, Remote (Global)

ElevenLabs, an AI research and product company with $781 million raised and an $11 billion valuation, seeks a Short-Form Content Creator to own strategy and execution for its Instagram and TikTok accounts, with the company noting it recently crossed 100,000 followers on Instagram. The role involves content creation, scripting, community engagement, and growth experimentation across short-form formats, with collaboration opportunities with external AI creators. 

Candidates must have previously scaled at least one Instagram or TikTok account to 50,000 or more followers, with prior creator experience above 10,000 followers required.
