AnyMind Group Updates AI Live Commerce Platform With More Lifelike Avatars, Deeper Analytics

AnyMind Group, the Tokyo Stock Exchange-listed BPaaS company, announced updates to AnyLive, its AI live commerce platform, adding more realistic AI avatars and expanded analytics covering both human-led and AI-fronted livestreams.

The avatar enhancements improve body movements, facial expressions and lip-sync accuracy, and give users easier customization of clothing, products, makeup and hairstyles. Reduced response latency is intended to make interactions with viewers feel more natural. AnyLive can now generate AI avatars directly from existing video footage, which AnyMind said removes the need for dedicated local shoots and makes it easier for brands to deploy avatars across markets. The platform can also create digital twins of brand mascots.

On the analytics side, AnyLive now offers deeper insights across account, brand and individual livestream views for both human and AI live commerce. Beyond sales and interaction data, users can access platform comparisons, conversion funnel analysis, performance diagnostics, and AI-generated recommendations.

AnyMind pointed to regional growth in live commerce as context for the update. A Momentum Works report cited by the company estimated that “content commerce,” a category spanning live, video and content affiliates, will reach $77.9 billion in Southeast Asia in 2026, up 57% year-on-year from 2025. In South Korea, the company said the live shopping market has grown 2.4 times over the past three years to reach $3.2 billion in 2025. AnyMind also cited a Dentsu Digital consumer survey showing the share of Japanese consumers who had used live commerce rose from 1.6% in 2024 to 6.0% in 2025.

Akinori Kubo, AnyMind’s Managing Director of Global E-Commerce, said the company believes “the next phase of live commerce will be driven by how effectively businesses combine human creativity with AI-enabled intelligence,” adding that the updates aim to help businesses deliver more engaging viewer experiences while better understanding performance across human-led and AI-fronted livestreams.

Founded in 2016, AnyMind Group operates across 24 offices in 15 markets and reported serving more than 1,500 enterprises for marketing, over 230 for e-commerce, more than 1,600 publishers and more than 1,100 creators as of June 2026.
