AnyMind Group Launches AI Platform to Connect Online Marketing, Offline Retail Sales
AnyMind Group has launched AnyAI OMO, an AI agent-powered platform that connects online marketing activity with offline retail sales performance.
Built on AnyMind’s existing data and AI utilization platform, AnyAI, the new platform integrates data from online marketing campaigns and in-store sales channels, including social media, digital advertising, offline promotions, and actual sales data from partnered retail chains. AI agents then analyze these signals and generate recommendations covering retail proposals, in-store improvements, inventory replenishment, and sales channel expansion.

Key capabilities include Marketing Mix Modeling to quantify the spillover effect of digital initiatives on offline sales, real-time visibility into sales by channel, store, shelf, and SKU, and automated reporting for retail proposals.
The platform also includes a “Next Action AI” function, in which AI agents continuously monitor data and suggest immediate actions such as identifying high-priority locations for promotion and automating restock suggestions.
Addressing a Data Fragmentation Problem
AnyMind Group says it developed the platform in response to a persistent operational challenge for brands: campaign performance, retail sales, store-level activity, and promotional data are often managed in separate systems.
According to the company, this fragmentation makes it difficult for teams to measure how online activity influences in-store purchasing behavior, with decisions on campaigns, promotions, and replenishment typically relying on manual analysis.
“For many brands, the challenge is no longer simply having access to data, but knowing what action to take with the insights,” said Kosuke Sogo, CEO of AnyMind Group. “AnyAI OMO is designed to help teams take faster, more precise action across campaigns, stores, shelves, and inventory.”
AnyAI OMO combines AnyMind’s technology with Sun Smile’s distribution network to support brands across what the company describes as the full retail growth cycle, from evaluating marketing outcomes to improving shelf strategy and expanding sales channels.

AnyMind Group shared an early implementation in Japan for U.S.-based skincare brand Advanced Clinicals. The brand used AnyAI OMO to compare TikTok viewership trends, e-commerce shipment volumes, and physical store delivery records. The analysis indicated a relationship between online activity and in-store purchasing behavior, with combined sales across target stores increasing approximately 1.5x month-on-month.
What Comes Next
AnyMind Group plans to expand AnyAI OMO beyond the beauty industry into a broader range of consumer goods categories. The company also plans to further develop its AI agents to support autonomous recommendations for advertising budget allocation, inventory replenishment, and promotional planning.
