Kajabi Launches MCP Integration to Connect AI Tools Directly to Creator Business Accounts
Creator platform Kajabi has released a Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration that allows users to manage their business accounts through AI tools, including Claude and ChatGPT, via natural language commands.
The integration, called “Kajabi MCP,” functions as an MCP server that connects Kajabi’s backend systems to any AI assistant supporting the MCP standard. After a single authentication step, the AI assistant can read from and write to a user’s Kajabi account under defined permissions.
What the Integration Covers
The system supports management of pages, emails, offers, courses, contacts, orders, tags, segments, blog posts, and site settings through conversational prompts. Analytics, community management, and payment processing are not yet available through the integration.
Users can issue prompts such as “Run a flash sale on my photography course next Tuesday,” and the connected AI will draft the corresponding email sequence, configure the offer, and set up related pages and automations within the Kajabi account.
Kajabi describes the workflow in three stages on its product page: the user describes the desired task, Kajabi builds the corresponding assets, and the user reviews the output. The company says completing that sequence takes under a minute.
Availability and Controls
All MCP-generated actions produce drafts in the user’s Kajabi account rather than going live automatically. Users review, edit, or discard any output before deciding when to publish. Kajabi said nothing goes live without a user review.
Kajabi MCP is available across all subscription tiers, including Basic, Growth, and Pro plans on both monthly and annual billing. The company has not introduced a separate pricing tier for the integration.
The feature works with Claude, ChatGPT, and any other AI client that supports the MCP standard. Kajabi said the list of compatible tools is growing.
The MCP launch is one of five product updates Kajabi announced, alongside features named Amplify, Backstage, Expert Agents, and Cofounder.
