AI Creator Platform Humanz Raises $15M, Acquires Ubiquitous, Bambassadors

Humanz announced a $15 million funding round and the acquisitions of Ubiquitous and Bambassadors. The Tel Aviv-based company said previous investors and new institutional funds backed the round, bringing total capital raised to $32 million.

According to the press release, the company plans to use the funds to accelerate AI product development and support at least three additional acquisitions in early 2026. Humanz has grown 250% year over year and supports more than a million creators, per the company.

Strategic Acquisitions Target U.S. Market

The acquisitions aim to expand Humanz’s presence in the United States, which the company identified as its primary growth engine. As the company notes, Ubiquitous brings established brand relationships, enterprise budgets, and an influencer network. Bambassadors adds specialized technology in user-generated content and performance marketing, including proprietary APIs (Application Programming Interface) and AI capabilities for paid social media campaigns.

“The creator economy isn’t broken. It’s just been built on the wrong foundation,” said Liran Liberman, CEO of Humanz. “With the acquisition of Ubiquitous and Bambassadors we will be able to double-down on our position in the U.S. and amplify our capabilities globally, giving creators and brands a unified experience from discovery to collaboration to measurable results.”

“Global brands today want measurable impact, not noise, and that has guided everything we do – creating authentic, creative content and building a system that can test, analyze, and optimize it at speed,” said Oded Farkash, CEO and co-founder of Bambassadors. “Now, with Humanz’s AI engine and global infrastructure behind us, we’ve created a truly end-to-end performance stack that moves creators from content to conversion with full visibility.”

Jess Flack Wilson, CEO and co-founder of Ubiquitous, said the combined platform brings “discovery, creation, and results into one seamless, scalable experience.”

Platform Consolidates Creator Economy Tools

Humanz operates as an all-in-one system that consolidates multiple tools into a single platform. The system enables brands to discover and vet creators using AI, manage campaigns, coordinate content approvals, process payments and contracts, and track performance with real-time analytics. The platform also measures attributable sales and return on investment.

The company has facilitated millions of collaborations that generated hundreds of millions in attributable sales, according to the press release. Humanz works with brands including Google, GroupM, L’Oréal, McDonald’s, Nestlé, Omnicom, P&G, Unilever, and Zara.
