She also has dance party workouts to give you an energy boost, yoga and stretch lessons, and even low-impact workouts so that you can perfect your fitness routine while avoiding any injury. Her app, MadFit, gives you customized training programs, recipes, and meal planners if you need a more tailored fitness journey.

Jo’s goal is to help women work out and achieve their goals. Her channel is perfect for beginners and those who prefer low-impact workouts. Her videos are easy to follow and are fun! She even provides weekly calendars to make fitness easier on you and warm up videos for when you are getting back to your fitness journey after a break. 

My favorite videos are her “walking workouts.” You literally have to make walking movements. But be warned. They’re not as easy as they look, but they do get you results.

Lucy Wyndham-Read

Lucy is all about the fun, quick, and effective workouts. She is famous for her 7 minute workouts that are super effective- perfect for when you are in a time crunch. If you are looking for something more intense, her HIIT workouts as well as her longer videos might be perfect for you. 

She even has videos geared specifically towards women- such as the ones to help with menopause and perimenopause. She also explains how and why each exercise is effective. Her soothing voice is great to follow along to!
