HubSpot is moving its flagship INBOUND conference to San Francisco for the first time, assembling prominent figures from the entertainment, technology, and business sectors for the event, which will take place September 3-5, 2025.

The annual event aims to leverage Silicon Valley’s entrepreneurial environment while exploring the intersection of artificial intelligence and human creativity.

The conference will feature an array of high-profile speakers, including Emmy-winner Amy Poehler, who brings her production experience and new “Good Hang” podcast to the event. Technology influencer Marques Brownlee, who has amassed over 20 million YouTube subscribers through his tech reviews, joins “Hot Ones” host Sean Evans, known for his celebrity interview format, attracting over 8 million followers.

Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei rounds out the headliners, representing the AI sector with his company’s Claude assistant and focus on AI safety. Prior to co-founding Anthropic, Amodei led research at OpenAI, contributing to the development of GPT-2 and GPT-3 language models.

New Format Features Three Themed Zones

INBOUND 2025 will introduce a redesigned floor plan with three specialized areas reflecting San Francisco’s innovation culture:

The Innovation Zone will include an in-the-round stage for panel discussions, an AI agent-building showcase, and dedicated spaces for content creators and founders.

The Impact Zone will focus on professional networking through the “Braindate” format and leadership sessions in the Impact Theater.

The HubSpot Zone will provide platform demonstrations, Academy learning sessions, product previews, and customer success stories.

In partnership with HubSpot Media, the event will launch its first AI startup pitch competition featuring 4-5 participants evaluated by industry judges. The winning startup will receive a $50,000 prize and exposure through HubSpot Media’s newsletters. Applications target AI-focused pre-seed to Series A startups developing customer growth solutions.

Registration is open on HubSpot’s website with a Golden Gate Ticket Giveaway offering 20 free General Admission passes through digital channels.
