CAA Hires Agent Georgia Katz to Expand UK Creators Division

CAA has hired Georgia Katz, a former Insanity Management and Gleam Futures agent, to join its UK-based creators division, the agency confirmed exclusively to Deadline.

Katz will represent digital-first talent and help creators build multi-platform businesses spanning entertainment, media and brand partnerships. She will be based in London. She joins from talent management firm Mokkingbird, where her roster included Olivia Neill, Flossie Clegg, Sam Thompson, Cardiff Mum, and Tallulah Metcalfe. She is known for pushing creators into adjacent ventures such as podcasting, consumer products, and live experiences.

Glenn Miller, the London-based agent leading CAA’s UK creators work, said Katz’s relationships across the creator ecosystem and her approach to talent development made her “a valuable addition to our growing creators team.”

The hire extends a UK buildout that CAA has been pursuing since at least December, when senior agent Brent Weinstein began taking meetings with London-based digital agents to weigh additional agent hires or the acquisition of a boutique British agency. Weinstein, who oversees CAA’s digital media, podcasts, games and talent business ventures, called growing the team around Miller “absolutely a priority” for the agency’s 2026 fiscal year.

That expansion has since produced a run of signings, including William Hanson, Fin Taylor, Max Klymenko, Fallow Chefs, Jordan North, Vick Hope, Polyester and Sam Thompson, who signed with CAA last month and has previously worked with Katz.

The Katz hire also lands weeks after CAA signed women-focused digital media brand Betches for representation across entertainment and media, a deal aimed at moving the company into linear television, streaming, film, and live experiences. That agreement followed CAA’s launch of Compound Creative Holdings, a $250 million venture with Integrated Media Company built to acquire and invest in creator-led media businesses. Both moves point to an agency strategy focused less on individual brand deals and more on packaging creators and creator-founded companies as businesses with multiple revenue lines.

CAA’s UK operation already represents notable British creators, including Amelia Dimoldenberg and KSI, alongside production companies such as Astrid and Tortoise Media.
