12 Top Must-Follow NASCAR YouTube Channels

If motor racing is your thing, you can fuel up your passion with these 12 top NASCAR YouTube channels to follow.

What is NASCAR?

The National Association for Stock Car Racing (LLC) or NASCAR, is the first-ever sanctioning organization of stock car (customized automobiles) racing in the United States. The main man behind the hugely popular establishment was William Henry Getty France, also known as “Big Bill.” During the Great Depression in the mid-1930s, the American businessman and race car driver moved from Washington D.C. to Daytona Beach, Florida. At this time, his new location was a melting pot for racing enthusiasts. France observed how promoters used the lack of structure in the sport (e.g., “loose” racing rules) to take advantage of the prize money of drivers.

Heavily passionate about cars and being in the business of promoting races, he felt the need for a regulating body that would sanction racing and organize the efforts of promoters. So, he discussed the idea with the members of the racing community—and NASCAR was born.

The organization was eventually incorporated on February 21, 1948, with France playing a pivotal role in making it one of America’s favorite spectator sports as its first president. His son, William France Jr., would later succeed him in 1972 and pave the way for NASCAR to become the multi-billion-dollar industry it is today.

2.  Motorsports on NBC

Motorsports on NBC, also known as NBC Sports, is inarguably one of the best NASCAR YouTube channels today. As the self-appointed home of motorsports (and with good reason), Motorsports on NBC has a distinct advantage over other NASCAR YouTube channels.

This is because of its existing media rights agreements with INDYCAR, another sanctioning body for racing like NASCAR but features lighter and faster open-wheel racers. Motorsports on NBC also has similar arrangements with the International Motor Sports Association. This means they have a significant advantage over other NASCAR YouTube channels with similar content as they get to have first dibs on the latest motor news.

But it’s not just all entertaining; you might even learn a thing or two. You’ll get a chill vibe when you visit Leuel48Fan, like the feeling you’d get from hanging out with a college buddy who shares your passion for all things NASCAR. There’s nothing complicated or intimidating about this channel. Instead, all you get is pretty straightforward fun as you enjoy videos on race dramas like “INSANE Florida Weather: Rain causes chaos at 2022 Coke Zero 400” or “Talladega ERUPTS as CHASE ELLIOTT Slingshots To The Lead and WINS Race!”

Although the channel became silent about seven years ago, its subscribers can now breathe a sigh of relief with its 2022 comeback. So if you’ve missed such key NASCAR events as the 2022 Sparks 300 at Talladega Superspeedway – NASCAR Xfinity Series or the 2022 Autotrader EchoPark Automotive 500 at Texas Motor Speedway – NASCAR Cup Series, you just might catch them on the Full NASCAR Races YouTube channel.

12. RealRadman

Keep your eye peeled for this NASCAR YouTube channel as its content continues to grow in popularity. The channel’s content creator is Millad Radman who has a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management from the University of Florida. So it isn’t surprising that his NASCAR content has the point of view of a sports insider rather than a mere stadium onlooker. If you like in-depth breakdowns of gameplays, you may want to subscribe to RealRadman.

His commentary is pretty solid as he dishes out content like “Kyle Busch is joining RCR – This is a mistake!” or “NASCAR Have (sic) A Serious Problem.” You can certainly discover the journalistic bent of the creator (he subscribes to the credible “The Athletic“), which is evident in his perceptive NASCAR YouTube content and deep understanding of motor racing.
