All About The Mejuri Influencer Program

If you’re a fan of stacking and are always on the lookout for new pieces of jewelry to add to your collection then this article is for you!

Keep reading to find out how you can apply for the Mejuri influencer program and collaborate with one of the leading jewelry brands.

Mejuri: The Inside Scoop On the Origins of the Jewelry Powerhouse

Mejuri was founded in 2015 in Toronto, Canada by Majed Masad and  Noura Sakkijha. This brand is no ordinary jewelry brand – they’ve figured out how to change things up when compared to traditional jewelry stores and brands being sold in-store.

By cutting out the middlemen and going direct to consumer routes Mejuri has provided luxury jewelry for a fraction of the cost making it more accessible to a wider audience.

The brand believes that women shouldn’t have to wait for someone else to gift them jewelry, and one of their main brand messages is focused around encouraging women to make purchases for themselves, comparing it to clothes shopping.

Mejuri collaborates with manufacturers located just minutes away from their office in Toronto. They also have partners in Seoul, South Korea. But, by working with a local manufacturer they are able to keep their production and design process streamlined thus allowing them to launch new collections and products weekly. More often than not, they launch new drops on most Mondays.

In the traditional definition, fine jewelry is pieces made out of precious metals, such as platinum or gold, and may contain gemstones such as diamonds. In Mejuri’s case, the brand uses sterling silver, 14k gold, diamonds, freshwater pearls, and other gemstones such as Sapphires.

They also offer pieces of fine jewelry crafted out of gold vermeil, which is often mistaken for gold plating even though the entire process is different and vermeil allows for a much thicker layer of gold. This technique gives pieces a timeless and long-lasting color.

Mejuri Micro-Influencers and Famous Models

Mejuri has become a powerhouse jewelry brand thanks to its ability to market its products in a tasteful manner without coming across as intimidating or out of reach.

In one of their popular campaigns, they featured model Binx Walton and 90s supermodel Christy Turlington, which was photographed by the famous Shaniqwa Jarvis with the idea of pairing their signature collection with models who they felt were as iconic as the pieces themselves. The advertising campaign caught the attention of fashionistas across the globe and was the ultimate success.

All About The Mejuri Influencer Program

Another extremely successful fashionista that Mejuri has collaborated with is Sarah Harris, who is the deputy fashion editor for British Vogue. Sarah designed a couple of collections for the brand which went on to sell out in record time.

Although Mejuri partners with well-known celebrities and models they don’t shy away from collaborating with micro-influencers. Their social media has a big presence, especially Instagram, where they have over a million loyal customers and followers.

If you take a look at the #mejuripartner hashtag you’ll find a bunch of content creators sharing posts that feature the brand’s pieces. These micro-influencers have a following of well under 10k, which allows the creator to dabble in influencing and the brand can tap into new audiences.

What are the Mejuri affiliate program requirements?

At the same time as collaborating with micro-influencers and famous models, Mejuri also offers an affiliate marketing program.

The affiliate program is the perfect addition if you’re already partnered with Mejuri as a micro-influencer, because in most cases the brand will offer you free products in exchange for posting, and by sharing your link you can earn a commission on any sales that you generate.

The Mejuri affiliate program uses ShareASale’s technology for tracking.

Some of the benefits of Mejuri’s affiliate program:

  • A commission earning of 5% on all sales
  • Average sale of 150$
  • A 30-day cookie period

All you need to do is sign up via ShareASale and then wait for a customer care representative to review your application and get you onboarded.

Once you’ve been approved you’ll gain access to a bunch of marketing collateral such as logos, links, and banners.

How to promote Mejuri products as an influencer and make money

In the past, Mejuri has partnered with A-list celebs and fashion models to elevate the brand and use recognizable faces so that people can relate to the brand. From macro-influencers to supermodels, the company sure does leverage the power of influencer marketing to its full capacity.

Let’s take a look at how some of Mejuro brand ambassadors promote the company on social media:

How Influencers Promote Mejuri on Tik Tok

First, on our TikTok content examples, we’ve got basicbtchcloset, a content creator who focuses on fashion and lifestyle content with over 36,000 followers on TikTok.

In her Mejuri video, she can be seen showing her audience some of the brand’s necklaces that she’s wearing as a stack. She discusses the difference between solid gold and filled gold jewelry, and advises her audience to take the pieces off before showering or going to the gym.

Here we have Haley Ivers a TikTok influencer who shares content about fashion, beauty, and hair. She has over 140,000 followers on TikTok.

In her Mejuri video, she can be seen filming a closeup of a ring and the paired audio is giving a tutorial on how to polish jewelry if the appearance seems to be a bit off.

Next up is Kafayat Zaria, a digital content creator based in London. Kafayat is a micro-influencer with 1,500 followers on Instagram, but as discussed previously in this article, Mejuri likes to work with smaller creators as the content tends to be more authentic and the audiences are more engaged.

Lastly, we’ve got Catherine Moore a micro-influencer who shares primarily fashion and lifestyle content on Instagram and Youtube.
