Gaming Network FGN Acquires Creatraction To Add Creator Marketing To Rural Broadband Gaming Platform

FGN Inc. (Fiber Gaming Network) has acquired Creatraction in a deal that combines esports infrastructure with influencer marketing tools targeting rural internet providers and workforce development organizations.

According to a press release, the combined entity aims to help rural broadband providers, industry employers, and workforce development agencies improve engagement and conversion rates.

FGN operates a national esports and simulation gaming platform focused on low-latency performance and skills-based engagement for broadband providers and workforce organizations. Creatraction provides creator marketing and AI engagement tools for influencer campaigns, esports streaming, and branded digital content.

Rural ISPs Target Gaming Differentiation

The platform combines FGN’s low-latency network and gaming infrastructure with Creatraction’s creator activation and generative AI tools. Partners can use influencers to attract broadband subscribers, engage learners, and connect gaming participation to skills development.

Rural ISPs (Internet Service Providers) can differentiate broadband offerings through exclusive gaming and branded experiences. Employers and workforce agencies gain access to digital-first audiences in sectors including trucking, construction, agriculture, and broadband infrastructure.

“Creators are a primary way digital natives and communities discover, trust, and engage with brands,” said Darcy Lorincz, President of FGN. “This acquisition gives our partners a scalable means of promoting broadband access as entertainment, SIM skills development, and long-term economic value for operators and their connected communities.”

FGN states existing Creatraction customers and partners will experience no disruption. The company plans to integrate generative and agentic AI services into the platform during the first quarter of 2026. 

The all-stock transaction terms remain undisclosed.
