Inside Katelyn Rhoades’ enfluence Marketing Studio
“We don’t just post, we build influence.” This philosophy drives Katelyn Rhoades, founder and CEO of enfluence Marketing Studio, a boutique social media agency that has grown from a creative outlet into a business handling about 30 accounts on average, ranging from luxury brands to digital creators.
Founded in June 2021, enfluence Marketing Studio addresses the creator economy’s need for high-touch, strategic social media management that goes beyond vanity metrics to build genuine community and drive conversions. The Sebring, FL-based agency specializes in Instagram and Facebook management, crafting content aiming to turn casual scrollers into engaged customers.
Katelyn discovered social media marketing while using Facebook to fill apartment units for NTS Development Company. After driving growth and being flown across the country to teach other apartment properties how to use social, she then took a job in the Hospitality niche. In 2014, she joined a prominent hospitality management company in Orlando, where she managed over 25 clients simultaneously at agencies such as Curaytor and Impulse Creative. She recognized businesses needed help translating brand identity into converting content, prompting her to launch enfluence Marketing Studio.
“So many business owners were overwhelmed by content and had no one who could both understand their brand and bring it to life online,” Katelyn explains. “I launched enfluence to be that bridge. A full-service team that didn’t just post to post, but built real community, conversions, and momentum.”
High-Touch Service
enfluence distinguishes itself through its boutique approach. “We’re not a content mill,” Katelyn emphasizes. “Every client gets a custom strategy, personalized visuals, curated captions, and trend-driven creative. But more than that: we care about your story.”
The agency begins with what Katelyn describes as a detailed onboarding process. “Every client starts with a kick-off strategy session, a full content audit, and a 30-day plan,” she explains. “From there, we handle everything from content calendars to engagement and serve as a true extension of your brand.”
“Our team goes deep into brand voice, audience behavior, and growth psychology,” she says. “It’s not about chasing viral moments, it’s about building brands that last.”
The agency’s core services include Instagram and Facebook management, content creation including Reels, carousels, and graphics, social strategy development, paid ad management, and brand coaching.
One of enfluence’s most standout success stories demonstrates this integrated approach in action. “One of our biggest wins was helping a creator with a couple hundred followers grow her account to 20,000+ and launch digital products that turned into thousands of dollars in revenue,” Katelyn shares. “That strategy alone led to national press and a full product suite. That’s what I love: building repeatable systems that turn content into real income.”

Bridging Creators and Brands
One of enfluence’s unique strengths, according to Katelyn, lies in facilitating successful partnerships between creators and brands, a skill she developed through years of working with both sides of the influencer marketing equation. “We’re matchmakers,” she says. “We believe great partnerships are built on shared values and aligned audiences, not just follower counts.”
The balance aims to overcome a critical challenge in influencer marketing that Katelyn has observed throughout her career. “When we work with both sides, we focus on the long game: helping creators create meaningful content that supports the brand’s mission, and helping brands give creators the freedom to bring it to life in their own voice,” she explains.
Katelyn believes brands often miss opportunities by focusing on the wrong metrics. “They underestimate the power of micro-creators,” she notes. “It’s not about vanity metrics anymore, it’s about influence. The best ROI often comes from the creator who feels human, not untouchable.”

The Changing Face of Influence
Having built enfluence during a period of major shifts in the creator economy, Katelyn has witnessed firsthand how the market has changed. When it comes to the most surprising trend, she singles out “the shift away from follower count” as the main metric.
“Creators with 3,000 super-engaged followers are seeing bigger returns than creators with 300k who never post with purpose,” she says. “We’re in the depth era, not just the reach era — and the ones who get that are winning.”
This shift has prompted enfluence to continuously adapt its service offerings. “We’ve doubled down on Reels strategy, UGC-style content, and community-building tactics like stories, DMs, and live experiences,” Katelyn explains. “We also added a low-cost digital product line to help creators monetize before they hit 10k.”
Through her podcast “Call Her Creator,” which has 450K+ downloads, Katelyn shares these insights with a broader audience of creators and entrepreneurs. The podcast is where she breaks down creator success stories, Instagram growth hacks, and behind-the-scenes strategies for building a modern, money-making brand.
The Science of Genuine Engagement
What does authentic social media look like in practice? According to Katelyn, “It’s not about oversharing. It’s about sharing what matters. It means showing your face, your mission, and your mess and doing it in a way that invites people in, not just talks at them. I always say: Your story is your strategy.”
Based on current trends and enfluence’s work with clients, Katelyn has identified what’s actually driving results on social platforms today. “Short-form video with a clear hook and a clear call to action. Real, relatable behind-the-scenes content involving a FACE wins every time,” she explains. “The biggest wins come from balancing value with vulnerability — that’s how you build trust and momentum.”
She’s equally clear about what’s no longer effective. “Static posts with zero context. Overly branded graphics. Posting just to stay consistent without a strategy. Audiences are too smart, they crave substance.”
This understanding of audience psychology extends to the technical side of social media success. “It’s also important to have systems set up in the background,” Katelyn emphasizes. “Stan Store makes it so easy to monetize social media profiles. I will scream their name from the rooftops. They helped me create an additional six-figure revenue stream last year, and it’s on track to surpass that value this year.”
Scaling Impact Through Education
Recognizing that not every entrepreneur can afford agency services, Katelyn has expanded enfluence’s impact through educational offerings. “Not everyone can afford an agency, and honestly — not everyone needs one,” she admits. “I created ‘club enfluence,’ my all-in-one creator marketing membership to serve the entrepreneur who’s wearing all the hats and just wants a roadmap that works.”
This membership complements the agency’s core services while serving a broader mission. “From real estate agents to online coaches to creators launching their first offer — I wanted to meet them where they are and give them tools they could actually use,” she explains.
For creators looking to succeed today, Katelyn offers three action steps they should focus on this year: “Show your face on camera at least once a week. Build a digital product or offer and promote it consistently. Start capturing emails. Social is great, but owned audiences are better.”
Confronting the Burnout Crisis
“Burnout”—That’s what Katelyn identifies as the biggest challenge for creators in 2025—“especially from trying to do it all.”
“The pressure to be everywhere, all the time, with content that performs. The solution? Systems, delegation, and strategy. You don’t need more content. You need intentional content.”
This philosophy extends to how brands should approach creator partnerships. According to Katelyn, “Creators know what resonates with their audience, and the best partnerships happen when brands give them room to tell the story in their own way. On the flip side, brands need more transparency. Influencer marketing only works when both sides show up with aligned goals.”
The Future Ecosystem
As enfluence continues to grow, Katelyn is focused on what she calls “scaling with intention.” The focus for the rest of the year, she shares, will be on “more luxury, high-touch client partnerships, strengthening her community within the club enfluence membership and more visibility for our signature podcast, ‘Call Her Creator.’”
She’s currently working on projects that could transform how the agency serves its client base. “As far as projects go, I am currently working with a DREAM client (I can’t say who it is yet), but we have BIG goals for this client and we’re working on some out-of-the-box ideas to get her traction,” Katelyn reveals. “If this works, I’ll be able to scale this for more clients and help even more people grow on Instagram.”
Looking further ahead, Katelyn has a clear vision for what she’s building. “I’m building a full ecosystem where creators and entrepreneurs don’t just grow — they thrive,” she explains. “I want ‘Call Her Creator’ to be the go-to show for turning content into income, and enfluence to be known as the team behind the brands that changed the game — the ones who trusted experts to amplify their voice while they focused on what they do best.”
The Power of Transformation
Reflecting on her trajectory from social media manager to agency founder, Katelyn identifies one aspect as most rewarding. “Watching people step into their voice,” she says. “Whether it’s a client who finally went viral or a creator who made her first sale. Nothing beats helping someone realize their content isn’t just pretty, it’s powerful.”
For Katelyn, success isn’t measured solely in follower counts or engagement rates, but in the tangible impact her agency creates for clients’ businesses and lives.
“Our mission is to help brands own their enfluence, to stop playing small on social and start showing up like the industry leaders they are,” Katelyn concludes. “We believe the right content doesn’t just attract. It converts, inspires, and elevates. That’s what we create.”
