Sports Media Empowers Young Athletes To Build Their Brand With NIL Marketplace Launch

Sports Media, a sports marketing agency, has launched a new Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) marketplace designed for college and high school athletes. It aims to provide young athletes with opportunities to boost their personal brands and elevate their game, the company’s announcement reads.

The NIL marketplace provides a variety of brand-building tools and resources. Athletes can learn to leverage social media, targeted marketing strategies, and personal branding from experts. They can also establish their merchandise store to sell branded apparel and accessories and showcase their achievements in the image art gallery.

“This is just the beginning of our commitment to empowering young athletes and fostering their personal growth,” said Dan Kost, CEO of Sports Media. “Our platform equips them with tools for success in sports and opens doors to career opportunities beyond athletics.”

Sports Media offers a $100,000 scholarship to cover registration costs for participating athletes on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the scholarship is depleted, athletes must pay a fee to participate, according to the company.

The marketplace includes plans to introduce an AI-powered social media platform where athletes can create their online presence.

To ensure athletes make the most of the NIL marketplace, Sports Media has established a University Ambassador Program with more than 180 universities.
