This Bootstrapped Indian SaaS Startup Just Hit $1.2M In Revenue

Indian-based bootstrapped software-as-a-service startup Saral hit a milestone of $1.2 million in revenue for the 2023-2024 fiscal year, the company reported on Friday. Saral operates an influencer marketing platform that gives brands access to influencers of all levels globally.

Saral reported an average 7.68x return on ad spend for the brands using its platform. This figure far exceeds typical industry benchmarks of 2-2.5x return on platforms like Facebook ads, representing a 300-350% increase over those channels.

The company was founded in India and takes an all-in-one approach, allowing brands to discover, connect with, manage, pay, and track influencers in one place. Its technology encompasses influencers ranging from nanos to megastars.

“I am immensely proud of our team’s dedication and the trust our clients have placed in us,” Saral founder & CEO Yash Chavan stated, Medianews4U reported. “Surpassing $1 million in revenue while remaining bootstrapped speaks volumes about our commitment to value creation in the influencer marketing and SaaS sector.”

Saral indicated it has a globally distributed team, including employees in the Philippines, Armenia, and Greece. While primarily serving the U.S. market currently, the company has revealed ambitions to expand its international footprint going forward.
