Creator Mikayla Nogueira’s Beauty Brand Closes Series A Led by Silas Capital
POV Beauty, the skin prep brand co-founded by beauty creator Mikayla Nogueira and industry veteran Ani Hadjinian, has closed a Series A funding round led by Silas Capital, with participation from RÉDO Capital and existing investor Imaginary Ventures. According to industry reports, the round raised $15 million, although POV Beauty did not disclose the amount in its announcement.

According to an announcement, the round follows what the company called a successful nationwide launch at Sephora stores and online. POV Beauty said the funding will support its push to own the skin prep category, including expanding its team, growing its presence on TikTok Shop, and investing in new skincare-makeup hybrid products.
Launched in 2025, POV Beauty pairs what it describes as clinically backed skincare with cosmetics, built around the idea that makeup performs better on properly prepped skin. Its product lineup includes “Drench It,” “Glaze It,” “Whip It,” “Drip It,” “Chill It,” and the “Snatch It” and “Amp It” franchises. The company also recently rolled out a dedicated community app.
“This year has been transformational for POV Beauty,” said Hadjinian. “We have proven our scale potential through retailers like Sephora, who deeply believed in our vision, and our team delivered the operational excellence to successfully execute massive launches.”
Brian Thorne, Partner at Silas Capital, said the firm was drawn to the brand’s momentum following the Sephora launch. “Mikayla and Ani have built a brand that truly listens to its consumers, delivering makeup-gripping solutions that address real whitespace in the market,” he said.
Nogueira framed the raise around the brand’s community. “Our community drives POV and this investment is about honoring that community by dreaming even bigger,” she said. “It allows us to grow our ecosystem and continue creating the clinically tested, game-changing prep products our community deserves.”
Lusa Zhou, co-founder and Managing Partner at RÉDO Capital, and Kelly Dill of Imaginary Ventures also issued statements backing the round, with Dill noting Imaginary Ventures was an early institutional investor in the brand prior to its launch.
