YouTube Channel Manager
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Ten Toes is searching for a YouTube Channel Manager to join our content team, working with leading rightsholders in the world of sport to grow, engage and deepen connections with their online audiences. The successful applicant will play a key role in driving YouTube channels for sports rightsholders forward – from editing and packaging long-form and Shorts content, to running live streams and optimising performance for both reach and revenue.
We are looking for someone who lives and breathes YouTube: someone who understands what makes viewers click, watch and come back, and who knows how to turn a sports organisation's content into a channel that genuinely grows. If you thrive in a fast-moving sports environment, we’d love to hear from you.
WHO WE NEED
We're looking for an ambitious, hands-on YouTube specialist with proven experience managing and scaling high-performing channels, ideally within sport for a club, league, governing body or major rightsholder. The individual will combine strong editorial instincts with real technical capability - confident editing in Premiere Pro and After Effects, creating scroll-stopping thumbnails in Photoshop, and setting up and running live streams from end to end.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of YouTube best practice – packaging, titles, thumbnails, retention and audience behaviour – alongside a commercial mindset, knowing how to optimise content for platform revenue as well as views. They will be data-curious, using channel analytics to understand what's working and shape what comes next.
We’re looking for a confident communicator, comfortable working directly with clients and our internal teams. The role follows the sporting calendar, so regular weekend and evening working – particularly on live event days and during peak periods – is a core part of the job, with support from the wider content team. Being proactive, organised and calm under pressure will be essential for success in this role.
ABOUT TEN TOES
Ten Toes is a fully-committed sports marketing agency, with a clear and passionate ambition: bring talent, brands and rights holders close to their fans – and one another.
With a dedicated, super smart and loyal team, we've had award nominations from AdWeek and the Sport Industry Group, showing how our ethos is that we are 'all in' – fully committed – in everything we do.
The successful applicant will receive the following:
- A competitive salary
- 25 days of annual leave
- A day off for their birthday
- Private healthcare
- Regular performance and salary reviews
